Injection Mold Making

After the 3D design of the mold confirmed, the injection mold maker will starts the injection mold making.

Product Produce

After injection mold making finished, we will send the test samples to customer for comfirmation, and then start the mass production.

Post Processing

After mass production, Will do post-processing including logo printing, painting, plating, laser enaravina. ultrasonic welding etc.

Assembly

Some products require assembly and packaging services according to customer requirements.

Additionally, All commercially available plastic materials like ABS, PC, PP, POM, PA, TPEE, PE, PU, PVC,ASA/PCTG, PPSU/PA66, PET/PES/HDPE are available.We provide various kinds of surface finishing services, including plating, painting, silk screening, pad printing and hot stamp printing.
