Before build mold making, we will print 3D sample for your approval , also we will send DFM and DFM includes parting line, type of gating, gating position, ejector pin ect.
Once molding finished, we will produce T0 sample, then we will make first article inspection and first article assurance . after your confirm the sample, then we will send tool verification report.
Mold Flow analysis, tooling and part dimension inspection report during process. More and more Semi-automated machining process will help to save cost and lead time for our customer’s project.
